I studied Mikhail Bychkov's course from VideoSmile Super After Effects (2022)   link1  link2 

The course consists of 87 lessons (29 hours), there are some source materials from chapters 1 to 8.
From the last chapter 9 on Trapcode Particular and Form, there were no source materials, I did not study this area, so most of all in this course I studied the last chapter, since I studied other areas earlier.
While studying the course, I went through all the lessons that I had not studied before, tested them and learned in After Effects CC what I did not know.
Below are my results from studying the course.

Chapter 8. Character animation

I studied this animation as the author did, he used the Duik plugin for easier control of the human skeleton or other mechanisms. Thanks to this plugin, you can animate only important parts of the mechanism, and all dependent elements are animated automatically.
The author of the course talks about rigging, about the process of animating a person's gait.

Chapter 9. Particles in After Effects (Trapcode Particular and Form plugin)

I did these examples according to the author of the course. There were no original materials from chapter 9 in the course.
